We bought our first commercial unit in Cardiff. We called FSE group for a quote and we’re really impressed with their knowledge, ideas and options given. Rob, Kyle and the team were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job installing fire alarms, intruder alarms, cctv, and a door entry system which is monitored and has a smart, easy to use app. We have no hesitation recommending them to anyone!

Had cameras fitted front and back of the house, Kyle and the team were very professional and very reasonably priced to other quotes we had received. The team then took time to show myself and other family how to use the app and were very patient with us as we are not very tech savvy. I was super impressed with the service provided by FSE. They installed a complete new security system for our home including an access control system which detects Face ID. The team talked us through a variety of options and recommended a system that was most suitable for our home and life style . Excellent service and a great team. I needed a complete house rewire and didn’t have a clue where to begin, the guys talked me through all the work that was required including advice on other trades I would need. They gave me a clear plan on what order things would be done and the timelines involved, they then spoke regularly to my other trades to keep the work moving towards the tight deadlines my wife had set! The most refreshing thing about this company is that they constantly made suggestions that would help me stay well inside my budget for the refurb rather than trying to rinse me for every penny! I can’t thank the guys enough and highly recommend.
